Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy your Otro Accesorio pieces. If something is not quite right, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns
For eligible online purchases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notified us.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition and should be:
• Unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
• Returned with their original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• Properly packaged and protected for return shipping.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For exchanges requested for personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and, where applicable, the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns made because you have changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will include the price of the returned item(s) and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at otroaccesorio@icloud.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the situation and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Handmade Characteristics
Some Otro Accesorio pieces involve handmade processes and materials that may naturally present slight variations in color, texture, pattern, shape or finish.
These subtle variations are part of the individual character of each piece and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
Personalized or Made-to-Order Items
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.
