As the thickness, decorative elements and construction vary between designs, bracelets in the same size may have different finished lengths. Please select your size according to your wrist measurement rather than the total bracelet length.
For adjustable bracelets:Â If your wrist measurement falls on the boundary between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and using the extender chain to fine-tune the fit. For example, choose S for a 15.5 cm wrist and M for a 16.5 cm wrist.
For fixed-size bracelets:Â If your wrist measurement falls on the boundary between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a regular fit or the larger size for a looser fit. For example, for a 15.5 cm wrist, choose S for a regular fit or M for a looser fit.
If you are unsure which size to choose or require a size outside our standard range, please select Custom Size and provide your exact wrist circumference and preferred fit: snug, regular or loose.

How to Choose Your Necklace Length
Necklace length is measured end to end, including the clasp. The pendant drop is not included unless otherwise stated. To preview a length, cut a piece of string to the same measurement, place it around your neck and check where it falls.
The position shown is approximate. Neck circumference, height, body shape, pendant size and necklace construction may change how a necklace sits. Available lengths vary by design; please refer to the options shown on each product page.
For adjustable necklaces, the stated length range includes the extender chain. If you require a different length, select Custom Length where offered or contact us before ordering.

How to Measure an Existing Ring
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably. Measure straight across the centre of the ring, from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge. Do not include the thickness of the ring.
How to Measure Your Finger
Wrap a narrow strip of paper or a non-stretch string snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimetres. This is your finger circumference.
For the most accurate result, measure at the end of the day and repeat the measurement two or three times. Finger size may vary depending on temperature and time of day.
Fixed-Size Rings
Choose the available size closest to your measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. Wide or substantial designs may feel tighter than delicate rings. Available sizes vary by design and fixed-size rings cannot be customised.
Adjustable Rings
Adjustable rings are designed to fit a range of finger sizes. Refer to the approximate adjustable range shown on each product page. Adjust the band gently and gradually, and avoid repeatedly bending or overstretching it, as this may weaken or damage the metal.
EU, US and JP sizes are approximate and may vary slightly between sizing systems and brands.
